The Chakra Bodyshop with Trish Golden

The Chakra Bodyshop is designed to focus on the seven personal body chakras and enhance them for their best performance.

During this eight week interactive course we will dedicate a week for each chakra and pull it all together in the final week.

Each class we will participate in a guided meditation and a deep dive on the chakra. We will discuss methods of improving the chakra as well as ongoing maintenance.
